Tropical Vibes: Double Knot Crop Top, Wrap Skirt with Ruffle Trim, Nude Slides, Chain Earrings and Embroidered Floral Clutch

I love vacations! Not only are they a welcome respite from the usual hustle and bustle of everyday life and an opportunity to explore new and  far away places, for me, its always the perfect time to wear something unique and special.

For one of our last dinners in Lake Como, I wore a gorgeous tropical print set that I bought on Revolve just for our trip.  I couldn’t wear it while in Milan as the print was just not cityscape appropriate, but knew it would be perfect for the lake.  The double knot crop top and flowing wrap skirt with ruffle trim incorporate all the right ultra feminine elements – bows, high-slit, ruffles and décolletage.  And, I’m currently in love with two-piece sets as an alternative to maxi dresses. To keep the look fun, I carried a floral embroidered round clutch for some interesting pattern play.  For accessories, I opted for  gold chain earrings and simple gold medallion necklace.  Finally, to keep the overall outfit from looking too formal or dressy, I wore nude suede Schutz slides (which are absolutely perfect for vacation – comfortable enough to wear all day while sightseeing, but cute enough to be paired with a dress for evening).
