Holiday Party Season: Black Jumpsuit, Gold Floral Statement Earrings, Single Strap Black Suede Stilettos, Gucci Padlock Supreme Shoulder Bag and Gold Horn Necklace

I hope you all enjoyed a beautiful Thanksgiving holiday! But now that turkey day has come and gone, holiday party season is officially in full swing and it’s time for some serious outfit planning.

As an alternative to the classic sequin number or customary red or green dress, I’m planning on something a little more modern, sexy and rewearable for at least one of the parties this year with a black jumpsuit as the main protagonist. My current favorite is a jumpsuit from Lulus that incorporates all the right elements – a wide leg silhouette instantly thins and heightens, a cross back sits just high enough to wrap around the widest part of your back while highlighting the small of the waist and a rounded deep v creates a feminine and lengthened neckline. I LOVE jumpsuits for their simplicity, no pieces to match or fuss with. I finished the look with the prettiest gold floral statement earrings, gold horn pendant on long chain necklace (I’ve been wearing it with absolutely everything since I bought it early this summer), a black single strap suede stiletto (these classic beauties will never go out of style) and a Gucci Padlock GG Supreme Shoulder Bag. For a little warmth without detracting from the look, try a short fur or faux fur with a little volume.
