I cannot believe it’s been a week since our European adventure in Spain and Portugal (detailed travel blog post in the works) and that it’s officially the end of summer (and I barely made my way to the beach this season…fai). But, in order to extend my European Summer, I joined up with Who What Wear Collection to come up with a look worthy of al fresco dining on the Almalfi Coast.
Nothing says Italy to me like a bright lemon print, so when Who What Wear showed me their newest collection right as I was finalizing our European vacation itinerary, I was immediately drawn to the cropped bardot top in lemon print. The top is fun, vacation-ready and thanks to it’s a-line silhouette, super maternity-friendly. What I love is most is its versatility – wear it with a pair of high-rise jeans/denim shorts for a vintage look (unfortunately, we won’t be seeing those on me until next summer, an a-line midi skirt for something a little more dressed-up or style it the way I did with the perfect pair of white wide leg cropped trousers for a breezy, but still tailored look. For accessories, I opted for summer favorites – a round handwoven rattan bag (that I bought from an Etsy seller from Thailand four summers ago before they became totally ubiquitous and affordable), raffia backless mules from Who What Wear (the perfect comfortable, but still make a statement walking shoe), white and rose gold Klasse14 Imperfect Square watch and resin rectangular earrings from Mango that I’ve had for a number of years. What can I say, timeless is timeless. To complete the vibe, I shot this look in Paris, no wait, Madison Square Park!
