For this Sunday’s Brunch session with JC, we were heading to the meatpacking district. So, I decided to go with a slightly dressier outfit than my usual Sunday attire – after all, you never know where you might end up on a sunny Sunday afternoon in the MPD.
I recently purchased a classic white envelope skirt from J. Crew (appropriate for work, day or night), but wanted to pair it with a top that was fun (and potentially day-party appropriate, i.e. non-workish), and went with simple black crop from ASOS. Because my darling JC is a true rocker babe at heart, I decided to channel a bit of her rocker vibe, and accessorized with a multi-layer tassel necklace, tassel bracelet and navy fringed leather bag. I also threw on a pair of House of Harlow shades and my favorite go-to chunky black and brown leather Napoleoni sandals.
