I can’t think of a better way to commemorate the second to last day of Milan Fashion Week than with my favorite look from our trip to this magical city captured in front of my beloved Duomo di Milano.
I was so enamored with the Duomo and the piazza that I would stop by multiple times a day during our stay in Milan just to spin around (literally) and capture it at different times of the day. Thankfully, our Airbnb was only a few short blocks away.
The morning before we left for Lake Como, I had to see it once last time and captured one of my favorite looks from the trip – a polka dot jumpsuit with tie back that was perfect for the warm summer temps, but chic enough for photos and comfy enough for traveling. I’ve since worn it a million different ways and can’t wait to pair it with a tailored blazer or leather bomber for Fall (I love a versatile piece). To play up the earthy tones of the jumpsuit and to give it a 70’s flare, I wore amber rectangular resign earrings. Finally, to dress up the look, since we were on the way to the first of many wedding related events, I wore gold bangles, gold block heeled sandals and my brand new mini prada satchel that Bugsy bought me as an early anniversary gift from the Prada flagship store at the Galleria Vittorio Emmanuele (dreams come true).
