For Hakan Akkaya’s Fall/Winter 2019 “Glam Rock” collection show, I knew my look had to be on point and walking into Gallery I at Spring Studios that Sunday morning, it was clear everyone else also got the memo.
To create a look to compliment the show, I wore the most gorgeous dark green sequin Solani midi dress with puff sleeves. The deep V-neckline gives this otherwise dainty dress some edge and the pine green sequins are subtle but oh so glamorous. To incorporate rocker elements, I wore my favorite black cat eye YSL glasses, lack leather motorcycle jacket, studded black leather belt and Sergio Rossi lace up boots. For an extra dose of glam, I opted for my Gucci Dionysus Chain Wallet in a rich blue/green velvet (thanks Sis) and dual toned large rhinestone pendant earrings against a sleek slicked back ‘do.
