Fall family traditions are simply incomplete without a day spent at the pumpkin patch in your best harvest looks.
A few weeks ago, on a perfect Fall afternoon, we headed to Argos Farm in Forked River, New Jersey for some fall fun and pumpkin picking. Our little one was just a little too small for most of the awesome activities, but we happily enjoyed the fresh air, wandered through the corn maze, commissioned our first family caricature and spent plenty of time picking the perfect pumpkins to cart home.
For baby’s first time at the patch, I had to pick the perfect harvest look and decided to go with something a bit more traditional. I paired a white peter pan collar long sleeve onesie with brown knit overalls and the cutest brown linen baby bonnet with brim. I’ve found that boys clothing styles are just a little limited, so my creative side has me gravitating toward creating more traditional/vintage inspired looks for baby.
For me, I went with a retro western inspired look and wore a ruffled denim button down top with puff sleeves, black vintage high rise skinny jeans, black leather chelsea boots and oversized aviator sunglasses.
