Cozy Cute: Heather Grey Textured Sweater, High Rise Skinny Jeans, Grey Colorblock Cocoon Coat, Valentino Rockstud Tote and Stacked Heel Ankle Boots

Last Sunday, MM and I had long overdue ramen plans (OMG, if you’re as obsessed with ramen as I am and you haven’t been to Totto Ramen in NYC, you must…immediately), so I wanted to wear something casual, but still cute.

What could be more cozy and winter appropriate than a comfy sweater? I recently found the PERFECT slightly over-sized heather gray sweater from MadewellUnlike most other chunky sweaters, this one doesn’t have the bulk that could potentially make you look heavier than you are (chunky sweaters are especially tricky on us petite girls).  I wore it with a lighter wash high-waisted skinny jean that I rolled up at the cuffs as to not detract from my stacked heel ankle boots.  To keep the outfit looking light and airy (because all I have been  wearing lately is black on black), I wore a grey colorblock cocoon coat and blue flash clubmaster Ray-Ban sunnies.  And, to pull it all together, I whipped out my favorite Valentino Rockstud tote that makes just about any casual outfit GLAM
